George created Focus Perform as his consultancy, providing a platform for information concerning the psychology of sport and exercise. He is bilingual with Spanish being his second language and has multiple experiences in different sports, working with a variety of athletes of different ages, gender, levels and backgrounds. George has worked on several projects with The Pressure Zone including the innovative SportsVision

A student of renowned Sports Psychologist Bill Beswick, Jim created The Pressure Zone to aid sports persons and people in other competitive fields to address and embrace pressure. Experienced in the fields of education, coaching, writing, journalism and marketing, he now dedicates his time to understanding pressure in its various forms. Studying preparations and performances across a wide range of sport, the Pressure Zone aims to promote understanding and a cross-pollination of knowledge and skills.

Éadaoin received her BSC (Hons) in Optometry from the Dublin Institute of Technology in 2016. Her experience includes practices in Ireland and the UK, working with leading optical provider HOYA and as part of the Special Olympics “Opening Eyes’ programme.
Eadaoin has recently returned from world wide travels and we are delighted to welcome her and her expertise to the team.

Steve is an excellent communicator and a qualified coach in football, rugby union and cricket. An educator with experience in developing sport in several continents. His ability to analyse situations and data, combined with an understanding of sport and athletes enables Steve to assist teams reach new levels.
KARL KITCHIN
Consultant
Karl is a retired Metropolitan Police Officer with thirty years experience. A Police Sniper and Authorised Firearms Officer Karl has a unique set of skills. He was an Officer Safety Instructor and Police Instructor teaching varied topics from Ballistic First Aid to Enhanced Interview Techniques.
His love of rugby allowed him to work as an English RFU Liaison Officer and assisted international teams such as the New Zealand All Blacks, Argentina and the Springboks.
Karl is an NLP Master Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master.
